It's been four decades since they burst onto the Australian rock and roll scene, and Pismo Beach’s own Psychotic Turnbuckles are descending Down Under for a three-state tour.In their adopted home of Sydney, it’s a four-band bill at The Crowbar on Saturday, July 13, again presented by The I-94 Bar.
The anniversary slam-down will feature Japan’s best garage rock and roll band The Fadeaways, the highly credentialled Bahne Super-Flex (featuring members of The Trilobites and the Celibate Rifles) and razor sharp riffing duo, The Strike-Outs.
Fittingly, the Turnbuckles will be celebrating in the shadow of their spiritual home in Sydney, the former Pismo Bar, which was located a short flying hip drop away from The Crowbar on Parramatta Road.
